The Issue:

The main fault with larger companies, that I have experienced during my time in the industry, is that they have too large a quota to maintain, thus hiring on too many underpaid and inexperienced employees to keep their workflow steady. Even those advertising to have arborists on their team cannot guarantee an arborist will be working on your trees.

This leads to poorly or improperly executed work, which typically results in the trees' demise some months to years later... 

Countless times we have seen beautiful desert trees pruned improperly, sometimes even by reputable and established companies in the Tucson area.  Improper pruning practices cause improper growth and leads to a variety of issues such as open wounds that won't heal, insect infestation and disease, leaving the trees with little future but to be removed.
